Usage
Start your family’s care ritual by cleansing the body and hands with UKOO Body Wash, First dispense a small amount into wet hands or onto a natural sponge, lather gently, and massage onto damp skin from neck to toe in circular motions, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
After drying, apply a generous amount of UKOO Body Lotion between your palms and apply using upward, circular strokes, starting from the feet and focusing on dry areas like elbows, knees, and heels. Don’t forget the hands massage gently into fingers and knuckles. Whether in the morning or evening, turn this routine into a shared moment of connection by inviting little ones to participate and share a story, a laugh, or a feeling, making everyday care a lasting family memory.

Returns
If you purchased an UKOO product from one of our stockists, returns or exchanges should be arranged directly with them under their own policy.
For purchases made on ukoo.com.au, you may return items within 14 days of receipt if you no longer wish to keep them. To be eligible for a refund:
- Products must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
- Refunds apply to the product cost only (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable).
- We recommend sending your return via registered post, as we can’t accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
