Refund policy

Returns

If you purchased a UKOO product from one of our stockists, returns or exchanges should be arranged directly with them under their own policy.

For purchases made on ukoo.com.au, you may return items within 14 days of receipt if you no longer wish to keep them. To be eligible for a refund:

• Products must be used less than 10%.
  

• Refunds apply to the product cost only (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable).
  

• We recommend sending your return via registered post, as we can’t accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
  

Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
