Family Ritual
“Water of Renewal”
Inspired by Asian traditions where water symbolises purification and inner balance, this ritual begins with each family member dipping their hands in warm water or feeling running water while saying, “As I wash, I renew my body and my spirit.” As they bathe, another family member offers a calming word like “peace,” “clarity,” or “health” and the bather replies, “I receive it.” The ritual ends with everyone saying together, “We are clean, we are calm, we are one,” honoring the harmony within the home.
Usage
Dispense a small amount into wet hands or onto a natural sponge. Create a gentle lather and massage onto damp skin from neck to toe using circular motions. Take a moment to enjoy the subtle citric aroma. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Returns
If you purchased an UKOO product from one of our stockists, returns or exchanges should be arranged directly with them under their own policy.
For purchases made on ukoo.com.au, you may return items within 14 days of receipt if you no longer wish to keep them. To be eligible for a refund:
- Products must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
- Refunds apply to the product cost only (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable).
- We recommend sending your return via registered post, as we can’t accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
