Yes. Our products are dermatologically and clinically tested, pH-balanced, and formulated for all ages, 2 to 100. For children under 2, we recommend consulting your paediatrician first.

Yes. Sensitive skin is why we created UKOO. Every product is suitable for sensitive skin and free from parabens and sulphates. The lotion, lip balm and fragrance-free wash have no added fragrance; the scented wash uses a natural scent. Tazman pepper, a native Australian botanical, protects and calms reactive skin.

Never. All UKOO products are cruelty-free and vegan.

Both contain the same microbiome-supporting blend. The scented wash adds a subtle, natural scent of citrus, lavender, pine and herbs; the fragrance-free wash carries only the natural aroma of its ingredients. Both are equally gentle.

We use macadamia nut oil in our products. Formulations may change from time to time, so always read the label and ingredients for the most up-to-date information.

Yes. Millet is an ancient grain used in skincare across cultures for thousands of years. It's rich in amino acids and minerals that strengthen the skin barrier, and it's sustainable and climate-resilient.

Food for the good bacteria on your skin. Our key prebiotic, inulin from chicory root, smooths and hydrates: think of it as fertiliser for your skin's garden.

Not certified organic. We use naturally derived ingredients wherever possible, and our Tazman pepper and Australian chia seed oil are ethically sourced from Australian suppliers.

Our formulations are designed for the whole family. As with any skincare during pregnancy or breastfeeding, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider, especially if you have specific skin concerns.

Less is more. Body wash: a 20-cent coin for children, 50-cent coin for adults. Body lotion: one pump per limb for children, two for adults. Lip balm: a thin layer, reapplied as needed.

It's gentle enough, though faces often prefer lighter formulations. It's ideal for dry patches or as an overnight layer on very dry facial skin.

One product at a time, and make it fun. Let them pump the dispenser, make bubble beards with the wash, draw patterns with the lotion. Children learn by watching, so do your routine together.

No. Start with what your family needs most, perhaps the wash and lotion, and add from there. Every UKOO product stands alone.

12 months after opening. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

It isn't meant to be eaten, but all ingredients are non-toxic and safe if a small amount is accidentally ingested. Supervise young children during application and store products out of reach.

We can't make medical claims. What we can say: our formulations are dermatologically and clinically tested, pH-balanced and suitable for sensitive skin, and the fragrance-free wash and lotion have no added fragrance. For any diagnosed skin condition, please talk to your doctor or dermatologist.
