Can UKOO products really be used by the whole family?

Absolutely! Our products are dermatologically tested and formulated to be gentle enough for children from age 3, yet effective enough for mature skin up to 100 years old. The key is our pH-balanced, fragrance-free formulations that work with every skin type's natural microbiome. However, for children under 3, we recommend consulting your paediatrician first.

Our Tazman Pepper ingredient specifically calms reactive skin, and our clinical trials show improvement in atopic skin conditions.

Do you test on animals?

Never. All UKOO products are cruelty-free and vegan. We believe in protecting all families—including our animal friends.

What's the difference between your fragrance-free and Green Tea body wash?

Both contain the exact same active ingredients and microbiome-supporting blend. The only difference is that our Green Tea variant includes a subtle, natural green tea scent for those who enjoy a gentle aromatic experience. Both are equally gentle and effective.

What is a microbiome and why should I care about it?

Your skin microbiome is the ecosystem of beneficial bacteria living on your skin—think of it as your skin's garden. A healthy microbiome protects against harmful bacteria, reduces inflammation, and keeps skin balanced. Our prebiotic ingredients feed these good bacteria, helping them thrive. Why millet? Isn't that a grain?

Are your products organic?

While not certified organic, we use naturally derived ingredients wherever possible and never include harsh chemicals. Our Tazman Pepper and Australian Chia Seed Oil are ethically sourced from Australian suppliers who use sustainable practices.

Can I use UKOO products if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

Our gentle, natural formulations are designed to be safe for the whole family. However, as with any skincare during pregnancy or breastfeeding, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider, especially if you have specific skin concerns or sensitivities.

Is it safe if my toddler tries to eat the Lip Balm?

While our Lip Balm isn't meant to be eaten, all ingredients are non-toxic and safe if accidentally ingested in small amounts. That said, always supervise young children during application and store products out of reach.

Can UKOO products help with my child's eczema?

While we can't make medical claims, our clinical trials show improvement in atopic skin conditions. The fermented millet in our Body Wash has been shown to relieve atopic dermatitis symptoms, and our fragrance-free formulations won't irritate sensitive skin. What's your return policy?

We want your family to love UKOO. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. We just ask that you've used less than 10% of the product.
