Family Ritual

During lotion time, family members sit together and gently apply lotion to one another, starting with the eldest. As each person applies lotion, they say a calming word they wish for the other like “peace,” “health,” or “joy” while making slow, mindful strokes.
Inspired by Asian healing traditions, especially from Chinese and Indian cultures, the ritual ends with everyone pressing warm hands to their hearts and saying together, “We are one, we are whole,” honoring the balance and harmony within the family.
Usage
Morning or evening, warm a generous amount between your palms. Starting from the feet, massage upwards in circular motions, paying special attention to dry areas like elbows, knees, and heels. Make it a family moment, let little ones help with their own application while sharing stories about your day.
Our lotion is also ideal to keep your hands soft, healthy, and protected from dryness, always apply lotion after washing and drying them.

Returns
If you purchased an UKOO product from one of our stockists, returns or exchanges should be arranged directly with them under their own policy.
For purchases made on ukoo.com.au, you may return items within 14 days of receipt if you no longer wish to keep them. To be eligible for a refund:
- Products must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
- Refunds apply to the product cost only (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable).
- We recommend sending your return via registered post, as we can’t accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
