“Words of Love”
The “Words of Love” lip care ritual is a simple, meaningful family practice that nurtures both lips and connection. Each family member applies their lip balm while saying, “I care for my lips, so my words can be kind,” honoring the power of speech and self-care. Afterward, they take turns offering one kind word or compliment to another family member, with the receiver responding, “Thank you. I will carry your words.” The ritual ends with everyone placing a finger to their lips and saying together, “May my lips speak love. May my words build home,” creating a shared moment of warmth, affirmation, and togetherness.
Usage
Apply generously to clean, dry lips as needed throughout the day. For overnight treatment, apply a thicker layer before bed. Keep one in every room for easy family access, by the door for morning school runs, in the kitchen for post-meal application, and on nightstands for bedtime routines.

Returns
If you purchased an UKOO product from one of our stockists, returns or exchanges should be arranged directly with them under their own policy.
For purchases made on ukoo.com.au, you may return items within 14 days of receipt if you no longer wish to keep them. To be eligible for a refund:
- Products must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
- Refunds apply to the product cost only (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable).
- We recommend sending your return via registered post, as we can’t accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
