Airlie has led teams in private, public, philanthropic and not-for-profit sectors for over 20 years. Airlie has worked for leading organisations including Clayton Utz, Minter Ellison, Outward Bound, the Grains Research and Development Corporation, Kowalski Recruitment, Attwood Marshall Lawyers and Hynes Lawyers. Airlie is a Director on several boards, has an MBA and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Away from work Airlie’s life revolves around her four small children and a few acres of hinterland living. She confesses to being a keen (but horrible) surfer, a much better skier, a lover of red wine and book worm.

Elouise has delivered compliance to mitigate risks and HR strategy to drive performance. She has led small teams and manages the HR function within some of our client’s businesses.

Qualified in Law and HR, Zhara brings expertise from retail, legal, manufacturing and engineering businesses, focusing on IR, interpreting legislative and industrial agreements, and overcoming potential areas of risk. Zhara supports clients with business improvement initiatives, recruitment, organisational design, training and compliance.
Outside of work, Zhara enjoys spending time outdoors with her fiancé and the bundle of energy that is her Staffy, exploring the beautiful scenery the east coast has to offer and travelling – slowly checking off the bucket list the wonders of the world.

After a long career as an athlete (Brisbane Lions AFC) and administrator, Matt has developed impressive skills in the business of sport. Matt focuses on excellence from within. Knowing that managing individuals is the key to success, Matt excels as a leader in both business and sport.
Matt brings not only his experience on the field but also his past experience as Football Operations Manager (Southport Sharks AFL), Conditioning Coach (Brisbane Lions), Conditioning Coach and High Performance Manager (Gold Coast Suns) and Operations Manager at community sports clubs. Matt enjoys spending his down time with his wife and two boys.
