Airlie has been in management leadership roles in the private, public, philanthropic and not-for-profit sectors for over 20 years.
Across her career, Airlie has worked for some well-known Australian organisations including Clayton Utz, Minter Ellison, Outward Bound, the Grains Research and Development Corporation, Kowalski Recruitment, Attwood Marshall Lawyers and Hynes Lawyers. Airlie is a Director on several boards, has an MBA and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Away from work Airlie’s life revolves around her four small children and a few acres of hinterland living. She confesses to being a keen (but horrible) surfer, a much better skier, a lover of red wine and book worm.
Kelli has owned and operated successful Recruitment and HR Consultancies for over a decade in both rural and metro areas.
Having spent the majority of her career in the recruitment and HR industry, Kelli brings considerable industry knowledge and experience to the business. Her motivation and passion for delivering tailored solutions with integrity has seen her build relationships with clients that extend the entire life of the business, as well as take on a significant amount of referral business.
Kelli’s business acumen, commercial & negotiating skills and unwavering determination see her set challenges, push boundaries and lead successful teams.
Kelli holds a Bachelor of Business with majors in HR and Economics from the University of Southern Queensland.
Away from work Kelli is a proud mother to a teenage daughter and enjoys the beach. Her favourite pastime is fishing, retail therapy and spending time with friends and family.
Evan brings over 12 years experience working in operations and leadership roles with global retailers such at APG & CO and Hugo Boss. Cementing his career in management, he graduated with an MBA in 2015, where he expanded key fields of interest across corporate strategy, entrepreneurship, brand management & marketing communications.
During his time in premium retail Evan developed strong people management skills, building cohesive high performing teams at a regional level. Combining extensive study across organisational behaviour, leadership and management with his experience, Evan is passionate about empowering a performance culture in our team.
Away from work, Evan is a family man who enjoys an active beach lifestyle. His passions include cooking, reading, design, brewing craft beer and cellaring & drinking wine.

Melanie has a decade of experience having worked in the human resources field for local, state and international companies in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.
She has demonstrated experience in providing both strategic and operational HR support in the areas of enterprise bargaining negotiation, industrial relations, legislation & compliance, workforce planning, acquisitions & integrations, performance management, remuneration & benefits, training and employee well-being programs.

Jason has worked in all facets of business, from Sales to Accounting, HR to Operations Management. Business acumen? You bet!
Jason has performed roles in all departments, but the core of his skill is people. Human influence and interaction are his number one priorities and he has now chosen to build his career in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Currently working in a Senior Recruitment role his focus has been the search and selection of top quality candidates, using social and innovative techniques to attract and retain the best people the market has to offer.
In a previous life, Jason ran his own business. This entailed a big whack of human resources, but he also had to juggle sales management, operations management and complex payroll and accounting functions. Jason is one of our DISC® Psychometric Accredited Facilitators and holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management.

Megan holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in HR and whilst she dabbled momentarily in a Nursing Degree, it wasn’t long before she realised that blood was not her thing but instead the minds and thoughts of people were!
A large portion of Megan’s career to date has been in the Automotive Industry. Commencing in the combined fields of IT and WH&S at Toyota’s manufacturing plant in Victoria lead her into a Group HR Management position in the largest automotive dealership in South East Queensland. Growing HR within these businesses was a major focus for Megan to assist in their sustainability. Megan’s passion for innovative HR practices, that incorporate technology for ease of use and efficiency, drive her to assist her clients to have strategic continuous improvement.
Away from work Megan’s life is consumed by her household consisting of hubby and two young footy fanatic boys. In addition, she donates much of her time in supporting the behind the scenes administration of several charities.
