Airlie has been in management leadership roles in the private, public, philanthropic and not-for-profit sectors for over 20 years.
Across her career, Airlie has worked for some well-known Australian organisations including Clayton Utz, Minter Ellison, Outward Bound, the Grains Research and Development Corporation, Kowalski Recruitment, Attwood Marshall Lawyers and Hynes Lawyers. Airlie is a Director on several boards, has an MBA and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Away from work Airlie’s life revolves around her four small children and a few acres of hinterland living. She confesses to being a keen (but horrible) surfer, a much better skier, a lover of red wine and book worm.
With 15 years HR Consulting experience and a Business Degree (HRM), Kelli has been able to demonstrate bottom-line value to her clients by providing best practice and fit for purpose HR solutions. Dealing predominately with the SME market in rural, regional and metro areas, Kelli and her team strive to make people management as practical and painless as possible. Kelli loves spending her downtime with her daughter, family and friends and is an obsessed fisherwoman.

Tim’s HR career spans more than 10 years working in resources and mining operations across Australia, with the world’s leading engineering, mining and oil and gas organisations. Tim has helped hundreds of SMEs improve employee performance, leadership, recruitment, Fair Work and Modern Award compliance, and developed total HR management frameworks that improve commercial performance. Tim is dedicated to his Wife and Son, and staying active through surfing and Mixed Martial Arts.

Megan holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in HR and whilst she dabbled momentarily in a Nursing Degree, it wasn’t long before she realised that blood was not her thing but instead the minds and thoughts of people were!
A large portion of Megan’s career to date has been in the Automotive Industry. Commencing in the combined fields of IT and WH&S at Toyota’s manufacturing plant in Victoria lead her into a Group HR Management position in the largest automotive dealership in South East Queensland. Growing HR within these businesses was a major focus for Megan to assist in their sustainability. Megan’s passion for innovative HR practices, that incorporate technology for ease of use and efficiency, drive her to assist her clients to have strategic continuous improvement.
Away from work Megan’s life is consumed by her household consisting of hubby and two young footy fanatic boys. In addition, she donates much of her time in supporting the behind the scenes administration of several charities.
Elouise has substantial HR experience in manufacturing and horticulture industries. Elouise has a passion for employee relations and enjoys recruitment. She has a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management. Elouise enjoys taking holidays and spending time with her family, friends and furchildren.

Jason spent 10 years in management roles in manufacturing before turning his people skills to talent acquisition and human resources. Starting his HR career in Melbourne, Jason worked in the fast-paced environment of technical aviation and government panel contracting. Currently our Senior Recruitment Consultant, he is well-versed in recruitment techniques for entry level to C-suite level talent and is highly experienced in using social and other techniques to attract and retain the best people the market has to offer. Jason holds a Diploma in HR Management and is a DISC ADVANCED Accredited Facilitator.
Business Operations Manager
Margaret has spent over 30 years in private, public, and NFP sectors, working with well-known banking, tourism & hospitality, and business consulting organisations. Currently, Margaret is the Business Operations Manager responsible for managing, coordinating, and implementing QA and business processes to support business growth, drive efficiencies and productivity. Margaret has a Graduate Diploma in Business Management, and is certified member of AHRI. Margaret is passionate about AFL, motor racing, champagne, fine foods and her two dogs.
Evan brings over 12 years experience working in operations and leadership roles with global retailers such at APG & CO and Hugo Boss. Cementing his career in management, he graduated with an MBA in 2015, where he expanded key fields of interest across corporate strategy, entrepreneurship, brand management & marketing communications.
During his time in premium retail Evan developed strong people management skills, building cohesive high performing teams at a regional level. Combining extensive study across organisational behaviour, leadership and management with his experience, Evan is passionate about empowering a performance culture in our team.
Away from work, Evan is a family man who enjoys an active beach lifestyle. His passions include cooking, reading, design, brewing craft beer and cellaring & drinking wine.
